Opportunities For Service
Volunteer opportunities range from short-term to long-term positions. Viña Association receives missionaries through sending organizations that provide pastoral care and financial accountability such as Wycliffe Bible Translators, United World Mission, Commission to Every Nation, and others.
Video Effects Artist
Deditos video production is increasingly dependent on chroma keying and compositing, digitizing sets, and creating invisible effects. More help is needed to avoid bottlenecks in our workflow. If you are proficient in programs such as Blender 2.8 or newer, Adobe AE, and DaVinci Resolve Fusion, contact us.
Media Specialists
We are looking for qualified people to assist in producing and dubbing the Deditos video series and other Scripture impact materials. The needs include audio engineers, video editors, special effects artists, and a digital asset manager. Contact us for more information.
Media Communications
Are you good at finding and telling stories? Are you good at communicating through social media, a website or a blog? We need someone who can help us effectively communicate the message and work of Deditos using multiple media platforms. Photography would be a valued bonus! Prayer Coordinator and Chaplain
The ministry of Viña focuses on the production and use of Scripture impact materials that are often met with spiritual opposition. Because prayer is essential for the spiritual health of our personnel and the continued impact of our ministry, we need a Prayer Coordinator to pray and mobilize others to pray for the work of Viña Association.

Production Manager
We are looking for a production manager to allow our Executive Director and the production staff to focus on creativity. This person would keep track of all phases of media projects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and things are moving smoothly. The production manager would be responsible for scheduling staff, generating status reports, and recommending process improvements.

Sunday School Teacher Trainer
Are you passionate about helping Sunday School teachers connect with kids in a way that will have a lasting impact? Viña Association has developed training materials for Sunday School teachers which many schools, churches and NGOs are eager to use. Helping train trainers within these organizations and orienting them about the effectiveness of the Deditos materials could enable Viña to fulfill its vision of partnering with others to reach children in Central America and beyond with God’s Word.
