Deditos videos and lessons have been intentionally developed to be used for children’s programs in churches and ministries, as well as for broadcast on television, cable and the internet.

If your church or ministry would like permission to download and use Deditos videos in live meetings or on social media, we invite you to fill out the following online form.

Terms of the non-exclusive agreement

1. We the church or ministry as well as the responsible individual who signed the agreement understand that the permission granted is NON-EXCLUSIVE in nature, that is Asociación Viña reserves the right to grant permissions to any other entities, including those within the same region.

The legal owner of the Deditos series

2. We understand also that Asociación Viña is the legal owner of the Deditos series in all of its forms and language versions around the world, and that it is the only entity which can grant permission to use the Deditos materials.

Use of the materials

3. We understand that this permission is for downloading the Deditos videos and corresponding lessons for use in meetings of the church or ministry with kids, or within on-line platforms managed by the church or ministry (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.). This permission DOES NOT INCLUDE permission to broadcast or duplicate copies of the Deditos programs to distribute to others, both of which require a different agreement used with TV stations or video distributors.

Sharing testimonies of use

4. As users of the Deditos programs, we commit to share with Asociación Viña any testimonies, photographs or comments we might receive as we use the materials from the Deditos series, with the goal of mutual edification.

Regarding the images and soundtracks

5. We understand very clearly that the images and sound tracks of Deditos may be used only for promotion of Deditos, and not for any other purpose.
